Competitive
Compensation & Benefits
As a surrogate with AM Surrogacy, you will receive a compensation & benefits package totaling $40,000 to $65,000, depending on your surrogacy experience and other factors.
​
Base Surrogate Pay - $35,000 to $50,000
This is a set compensation that all surrogates receive, based on surrogacy experience (increases for 2nd and 3rd-time surrogates). These monthly payments begin at confirmation of pregnancy by fetal heartbeat and are paid as long as you are pregnant, with the remaining balance paid after the birth.

Surrogate Monthly Allowance
This additional benefit begins the first of the month after you sign the Surrogacy Agreement, and will end one month after the agreement ends for any reason—including the birth of the baby.
Medical Milestone Payments:

Surrogate Cycle Commencement: This fee will be paid to you each time you start a unique cycle.

Embryo Transfer: You will receive a fee for each unique embryo transfer (regardless of how many embryos are transferred).

Multiples Pregnancy: If you happen to get pregnant with twins, you’ll receive an additional payment for each baby.

Cesarean Section: If you need a C-section at delivery, you'll receive an additional payment

Bonuses & Incentives:

Sign-on Bonus - We are currently paying a one-time $750 bonus for new surrogates who have not worked with us before! Paid once medically cleared & sign Surrogacy Agreement.

Referral Fee - We are currently offering a $500 referral fee if you refer another qualified surrogate to us. Paid once they are medically cleared and sign their Surrogacy Agreement.

Health Insurance Incentive - You will also receive a $1,000 incentive, added to your base pay, if you have your own medical insurance throughout the pregnancy and birth.

Travel & Child Care Expenses for Transfer- We cover travel & child care expenses for medical appointments related to the Embryo Transfer.

OB/Gyn of Your Choice - We will work with your OB/Gyn during your surrogacy process (after released from the care of transfer clinic).

Life Insurance - We provide life insurance in the amount of $500,000.

Hospital Indemnity Policy - This policy pays for hospitalization pertaining to the pregnancy (does not include a scheduled C-section).

You are qualified to be a surrogate with AM Surrogacy if you...

Are between the ages of 24 and 45 (*if over 40, have delivered in last 5 years)
-
Have delivered at least one child of your own who you are raising
-
Have had healthy pregnancies without complications
-
Can provide prior obstetrical (OB/GYN) medical records to assess eligibility
-
Are single, divorced, married, or widowed, but not separated from your husband
-
Live in a stable household where nobody (including you) smokes, uses drugs, or abuses alcohol
-
Live in Florida (preferred) or any state other than Michigan or New York
-
Have a healthy BMI (body mass index) – not significantly over or underweight
-
Have not received psychiatric treatment for a serious mental illness and are not currently taking anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications
-
Have no STDs, STIs or other transmittable diseases
-
Have no criminal history (including partner or anyone in the household over 18)
-
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Are not (or anyone in your household) a recipient of any state or federal financial assistance

Have never been denied as a surrogate by a physician, fertility center, or other agency
